Applications for membership can be made for free at any time to the Executive Committee. They must be sent to the RQSPAL’s coordinator at francois.tardif@crchudequebec.ulaval.ca.
When applying, you must choose a member category:
Regular members must choose their affiliation from among the three axes. They can be members of one or more axes.
The application for regular or partner members must include a cover letter, a curriculum vitae and contact details that allow the Executive Committee to contact you.
